We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, hair-free) within 30 days of your purchase. Mail-in returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for an exchange or a store credit refund.
A $5 fee will be implemented when the product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair upon return. If your friend is hairy we suggest lint rolling your item.
