Return Policy

We're happy to accept returns & exchanges on full-priced, unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, hair-free) 30 days after their delivery. All returns are subject to a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Markdown items will have a $7 shipping label fee and a $5 restocking fee (per order), which is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Final Sale Items are final.

A $5 fee will be implemented when the product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair upon return. If your friend is hairy we suggest lint rolling your item.

Domestic Return/Exchanges

To initiate your domestic return or exchange head over to our Return & Exchange Portal. Refunds will be processed 2-3 days after they arrive at our warehouse. Exchange orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

International Return/Exchanges

You may self-return or exchange (postage paid by the customer) your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include a note of exchange or return. Once received we will process your request within 2-5 business days.

Defective/Wrong Items

For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please get in touch with us via email at [email protected].

Non-Eligible Returns

Any return or exchange requests that don’t meet our Return Policy will incur a $7 shipping fee, $5 restocking fee, and will be processed as store credit only.

Holiday Return Policy

For orders that ship between November 8th and December 24th, we've extended our return window to allow for returns up until January 31st.
